Using the Creative Grids Pineapple Trim Tool Mini, the pattern creates a unique spiral effect reminiscent of the traditional Snail’s Trail block, but with a fresh twist. By alternating colors on some of the rounds, you'll add an eye-catching spiral that takes the design to the next level. Choose to make 12 blocks for a pillow or 8 blocks for a placemat to showcase your creation.
Tip: Eliminate the math by cutting the strips using the line down the center of any of the Creative Grids 2-1/2" wide rectangles. This white line is at the 1-1/4" mark, the width of the strips needed to create the mini block.
