Baltimore Spring Pattern Set
Baltimore Spring is an applique quilt designed by Pearl P. Pereira. Inspired by the stylized Baltimore Album quilts of the 1850s, which highlighted complex needle work and beautiful fabrics during a time of economic prosperity, this is truly a spectacular heirloom quilt when completed. The 24" center medallion block hosts a beautiful spring garden scene, and is surrounded by twelve 12" album style blocks with a bird and branch swag applique border. This pattern set includes all the instructions to create the 70" x 70" quilt.
