The Year of Spools 2023 is a delightful Block of the Month (BOM) program designed by Heather Briggs for My Sew Quilty Life. Each month introduces a charming, seasonal variation of spool blocks, perfect for adding personality to your quilting projects. While finishing instructions are available on the My Sew Quilty Life website, the designs encourage creative freedom and only require a handful of fabric scraps to complete. Customize a bag or pillow, or gather all 12 designs to create a beautiful quilt that celebrates each season.
This June block features a spool as an adorable jar of jam that can be customized with a strawberry, apple, pear, or peach! Block measures approximately 14-1/2" x 14-1/2".
